What You’ll Do Before the Session

After you have booked your session, you will receive a confirmation email about the day and time of the session booked. Please mark it on your calendar. All calls are in UK time zone, so choose the session time accordingly. 

We will have only 30 minutes for the session, so make sure you have all your questions ready so they can all be addressed during that time.

What Happens During the Session

During the session you will have the opportunity to speak about your Fitness goals and what you have been struggling with. I will then provide you with the details about how the program is going to be designed to help you reach your Fitness Goals along with the other essential services and requirements included in the program. During the session you will get to know about my journey back to health which will make you believe that if I could do it, you can too. 

What Changes After the Session

At the end of the session you are free to decide whether you would like me to help you reach your Fitness Goals in a safe, enjoyable and sustainable manner or whether you would like to think over it and come back later.

Nothing changes unless YOU decide to make the change. In Shaa Allah.


My Personal Story

I have been into Sports and Fitness all my life and maintained a Healthy Body even after having two kids. Somewhere after that I got so busy with everything that I lost track of my Health and year after year, without me noticing, the weight crept on me.

Suddenly I am 40 years old and I notice that I am 20 Kgs overweight. I turned from a Healthy woman to an Obese woman facing all kinds of physical and mental stress. Simple daily chores were painful, my relationship with my kids, my confidence and social life were getting affected. I was MISERABLE. 

I wanted to get back my body, improve my relationships, get back the HAPPY ME. And here I am in front of you. Alhumdulillah.

On my journey back to Health I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Advisor so that I can help other women get the Body they deserve and live a Healthy and Happy Life.
