Two blocks of exercises- Each Block has 15 exercises divided into 3 sets of 5 exercises each. 30 minutes of exercises with 20 Seconds rest in between sets. Block repeated one more time. Follow the workout and have fun.

This is a low impact 20 minute cardio for Beginners. Includes a Block of 10 different exercises. Each exercise for 45 seconds, rest 10 seconds in between. Repeat Block one more time.

This is a great full body 30 minutes Cardio for Beginners. it's a block of exercises of 45 seconds each with 30 seconds rest in between. Each block is repeated 3 times.

This a 30 minute low impact cardio workout for Beginners. Block of exercises repeated 3 times with 1 minute rest in between.
