About this course

This course explains why one must switch Full Body Training to Split Training as you get more experienced with Weight Training. I have explained this using my Split Training Routine which I follow at the moment.

Remember to do the Warm up exercises before the workouts and Cool Down exercises after the workout.

Here you will find the following workouts I do on Mondays and Thursdays.

Do each exercises for 3 sets of 10 to 12 Reps each.

Lesson 02. Leg Workout

Choose 4 to 5 exercise from the Leg workout. Do 3 Sets of 10 to 12 Reps each.

Cardio workouts usually lasts from 30 to 40 minutes. There are different kinds of Cardio workouts one can choose from.

My list of Cardio Workouts look like this. The one which I will choose from these,

will depend upon the availability of time, my energy level or my mood.

- Full body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

- Step Workout

- Sprinting

- Slow, long jog

- Swimming

Lesson 02. Abs and Core Workout

Follow each exercise for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat for another round.
